Who is responsible for the data

This website is run by Mauricio Renato Sardá Filho, an individual based in Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil. For anything regarding your data, write to mauriciorenatosarda@gmail.com.

What data is collected

• Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), subject and message. This data is delivered by e-mail through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) and used only to reply to you, never for advertising.
• Visit statistics: on the micio.dev domain the site uses Google Analytics 4, which records in aggregate the pages visited, the device type and the approximate region, and sets its own cookies (such as _ga). This helps me understand whether the site is useful.
• Preferences in your browser: the language and theme (light or dark) you choose are saved in your device’s local storage and are never sent to any server.

Who the data is shared with

Only the services listed above (FormSubmit to deliver the message and Google for statistics), which process data under their own policies. No data is sold or handed over to third parties.

How long the data is kept

Messages stay in my inbox for as long as the conversation needs them. Statistics follow the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent. Just e-mail mauriciorenatosarda@gmail.com and I will reply as soon as possible.

How to opt out of visit statistics

You can block cookies in your browser settings or use the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site keeps working normally.
